Educational tasks for teaching of geometric tolerances
Hanáček, Lukáš ; Foltýnová, Dana (referee) ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one is a theoretical part and it clarifies the basics of geometric tolerancing. The second one is practical and it uses the knowledge gained from the first part to show how geometric tolerances are measured and evaluated. It is demonstrated on a part made especially for the thesis. The measurement uses a device available at the faculty. The purpose of this work is to educatively illustrate the measurement and evaluation of the specifications to students.
Evaluation of geometric tolerances using 3D optical digitization
Veik, Matouš ; Zatočilová, Aneta (referee) ; Koutecký, Tomáš (advisor)
Bachelor‘s thesis deals with evaluation of geometric tolerances on models obtained by 3D optical digitization. In the first part is analyzed problematics of optical digitization in the field of standardization of optical systems. Another part of the bachelor thesis describes the process of evaluation of geometric specifications. The goal of this work is to compare the evaluation of geometrical tolerances according to ISO and ASME standards and their applications in GOM Inspect software.
Quality assurance of mechanical shaft seal assemblies
Příkaský, Jakub ; Maradová, Karla (referee) ; Jankových, Róbert (advisor)
The thesis deals with the issue of a selected sealing shaft assembly. On this assembly, a nonconformity analysis was performed and corrective measures were proposed, applied and verified in a subsequent PDCA cycle. Furthermore, realistic improvements have been proposed that can have a significant positive impact on the overall quality of this shaft seal assembly in the future. The main contribution of this thesis is to reduce the number of non-conformances and on top of that to deepen the management of modern quality methods in the collaborating organization.
Building and control of 5-axis milling machines
Hekrle, Pavel ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Holub, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with detailed description of acceptance tests of machining centers. The first part contains segmentation of geometric tolerances, which are used for geometric accuracy tests. A large part of this thesis is dedicated to these tests. The next part includes phases of preparations for acceptance tests as well as segmentation and progress of these tests. One part of the thesis is devoted to machine alignment. The last chapter contains detailed description and principle of some modern measuring devices which are used for acceptance tests.
Current trends and measuring principles of machine tools and their parts
Nedbal, David ; Knobloch, Josef (referee) ; Merenus, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis studies the measuring of machining centers. Studying issues in measuring of that centers, geometric tolerations and also description of modern and nowadays techonolgies including interferometer and systems like laser tracker, laser tracer or ballbar. This thesis studies also masuring of five-axis machining centers and issues in this measuring.
Methods of workpieces measurement
Verevkina, Aleksandra ; Šrámek, Jan (referee) ; Marek, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the measurement of geometric tolerances of workpieces. In the first part, international ISO GPS standards, terminology from the metrological dictionary and used measuring devices are examined. In the practical part, comparative tests for three measuring devices and analysis of the obtained results are carried out.
